Your journey to wellness begins here! This comprehensive appointment includes a detailed history and thorough musculoskeletal evaluation followed by a personalized treatment session. This includes chiropractic adjustments and targeted soft tissue therapies (such as dry needling, cupping, graston technique, and more). Please note: Rise Chiropractic is a cash-based clinic and therefore cannot accept Medicare (65+ patients). We are happy to provide a referral to other local clinics that have the ability to accomodate Medicare.

Brief reassessment and discussion of any new concerns to optimize your care. Treatment includes soft tissue therapy ONLY. No adjustments will be performed during this appointment. Techniques may include Dry Needling, Cup Therapy, Graston technique (muscle scraping), Transverse Friction Massage, E-STIM, and/or Nerve Flossing.
New Patient Soft Tissue Only Treatment
Detailed history and musculoskeletal exam followed by a comprehensive soft tissue treatment personalized to your specific needs. Treatment may include Dry Needling, Cup Therapy, Graston Technique (muscle scraping), Transverse Friction Massage, E-STIM, and/or Nerve Flossing. No chiropractic adjustments will be performed.
Infant / Child New Patient Appointment (0-12 years old)
This visit will include patient history, examination, and chiropractic adjusment. No Soft Tissue Therapy will be performed. A Parent/Guardian is required at this appointment.
